PROFIT SHARING
The most common form of profit sharing between members is 50/50 on any business generated between members. Would you anticipate any conflict on this? Any other arrangements are by agreement between the members concerned. Credit terms between members are strictly 30 days unless otherwise agreed between the members concerned.*
OFFICIAL LANGUAGE
